TENDER NOTICE
1. APS, Fatehgarh desirous to invite sealed tenders/quotations from authorized dealers/firms/agencies for the following. The same will not be accepted from General Suppliers in any case.-| |

2. For the projects mentioned at Para 1(a) to (c) above. Tenders form can be downloaded from the school website and will submit the same alongwith a Demand Draft worth Rs 1000/- made in favour of Army Public School payable at Fatehgarh Cantt. Two bid (Technical & Commercial Bid) system will be followed. Both of the bids will be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes clearly stating on the envelope ‘Technical’ and Commercial Bid. Commercial bid of only those bidders who qualify in technical bid will be opened.
3. For the projects mentioned at Para 1 (d) to (f) above. Interested firms are required to submit their quotations (as available on school website) duly quoted their rates incl all taxes separately for each project. Sealed quotations addressed to Principal, Army Public School, Fatehgarh should be dropped in school tender box or by registered post.
4.Vendors are required to submit the quotation/tender on company letter head, stating your address, contact details GSTIN number duly signed and affixed office seal. Without GSTIN number, tender/quotation will be rejected. Sealed quotations/tenders will be opened by a bd of offr in presence of the representative of the firm. Date and time for the same will be intimated telephonically later.
5. Last date for submission of Tender/Quotation in the tender box which is placed at Army Public School, Fatehgarh and by post is 05 Mar 25 till 1400h. No any Tender/Quotation will be accepted after due date. Postal delay will also not be considered. Fax would not be considered.
6. School authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any tender/quotation at any stage without assigning any reason and vendors/suppliers who fills the tender won’t have any kind of objection to it.
